Dr. Bob Rodebaugh, Vice President, Technology, is a distinguished scientific leader with over 25 years of experience leading pharmaceutical, manufacturing, analytical, and chemical process development efforts.  He has experience in the development, scale-up and production of activated polymers for therapeutics, drug delivery, medical devices, and diagnostics.  He has implemented innovative approaches in the development and optimization of processes for small and large molecule active pharmaceutical ingredients, including a few blockbuster drugs.   Dr. Rodebaugh currently leads the Process and Analytical development teams at the Huntsville, AL site.

Prior to joining Gannet BioChem, Dr. Rodebaugh served as the Director of Process Chemistry and cGMP Manufacturing at a CDMO, Scynexis, where he directed process development, analytical development, and production for small and large molecule active ingredients.  Bob also held various roles earlier in his career at another CDMO, DSM Pharma, and Westvaco, spanning research, process development, and manufacturing in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and specialty chemicals sectors.

Dr. Rodebaugh holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Duke University and a B.A. in Chemistry from Cedarville University.
