Chris Edwards, Chief Financial Officer, is a seasoned financial executive with more than 20 years of experience leading global finance operations and growth initiatives. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Solesis, overseeing financial leadership across its subsidiaries, driving business development, investment strategies, and financial planning. He played a pivotal role in major ownership transitions and led stand-up activities and high-value M&A transactions.
Previously, Chris held executive finance roles at Syneos Health, ConvaTec, and Bristol-Myers Squibb, where he established global shared services models, optimized financial operations, and managed complex business integrations across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the U.S. His expertise spans financial planning, P&L management, business transitions, and systems implementations.
Chris holds an MBA from The University of Manchester Business School and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
