
Michael Rogers, Associate Director of Project Management, leads cross-functional programs from concept through commercialization, ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable, and fully optimized solutions for biopharmaceutical partners. With nearly two decades of experience spanning GMP manufacturing, process scale-up and development, and project leadership, he brings a rare blend of scientific depth, operational insight, and business strategy to every engagement.
Previously, he spent more than 18 years supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing by leading complex investigational efforts, serving as a subject matter expert in regulatory audits, facilitating technology transfers, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that strengthened operational performance.
Michael holds a Master of Business Administration from William & Mary, a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Alabama, and completed a Project Management program at the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
