Nicholas Shackley, Chief Executive Officer, is a visionary leader committed to driving innovation, operational efficiency, and sustained commercial growth at Gannet BioChem. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer at Lupin Manufacturing Solutions, overseeing sales, business development, strategic marketing, and product management.
With over 25 years of experience in pharmaceuticals and chemical manufacturing, he has driven commercial strategy, operational growth, and business transformations across global organizations. Prior to Lupin, Nicholas served as Chief Commercial Officer at Veranova, where he led a global business, expanded market share, and spearheaded strategic initiatives. He previously held executive roles at Aceto Corporation, BASF, Cambrex, and Avecia (AstraZeneca), overseeing P&L, business development, and manufacturing. He has served on numerous boards, including SOCMA (Vice Chairman and Board Member), Council for Responsible Nutrition, and Rx-360 Supply Chain Security Consortium.
Nicholas holds a BEng in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London and has completed executive leadership programs at Columbia Business School and Cranfield School of Management.
