Patrick Banister has been a key leader at Gannet BioChem since 1998. As Executive Director of Manufacturing & Engineering, he provides strategic direction and oversight for all compliant manufacturing operations, as well as the engineering and asset reliability functions. Patrick’s extensive background spans manufacturing, process development, engineering and reliability, positioning him as a comprehensive expert across the entire product lifecycle.
Throughout his career, Patrick has driven significant strategic growth and market expansion. He has successfully led numerous multi-million-dollar capital projects that increased production capacity and strengthened operational performance. Patrick played a pivotal role in scaling up multiple mission-critical processes to meet commercial demand, enabling market fulfillment for partner-approved therapies. His deep technical expertise has ensured sustained, highly efficient, and fully compliant operation of manufacturing assets.
Patrick holds a B.S. in Chemistry from The University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH).
