Dr. Tony Sander has been a key leader at Gannet BioChem since 2003. As Chief Operating Officer, Dr. Sander oversees all aspects of manufacturing, development, and site operations at the Huntsville, AL site. With over 30 years of experience in chemicals and API manufacturing, he brings a wealth of expertise to his role.
Before joining Gannet BioChem, Dr. Sander served as Manager of Chemical Operations at Advanced Chemtech, where he directed chemical production and managed catalog sales of amino acid derivatives, resins, and peptides. Earlier in his career, he held various roles at Kodak/Eastman Chemical Company, spanning development chemistry, manufacturing, and business development in specialty chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and the photographic industry.
Dr. Sander holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry and a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Louisville.
